Goals of the workshop:The team members know the most important elements for successfully positioning a location. Tools for successfully promoting a location and procedures for location development are taught. Special topics such as targeting key people, maintaining the portfolio (key account management), dealing with crisis situations and marketing techniques for direct customer contact via classic and digital media are discussed in more depth. The roles in the team and the understanding of the interfaces when working together are sharpened.
